1 camera + 2 rolls of film

approx. 7 minutes of unedited video or 3-4 minutes edited.

Optional upgrades are autofocus camera & additional rolls of film. See both below.

DISCLAIMER*

These are vintage cameras. All have been tested prior to being sent, but they are still susceptible to failing at any moment. Each rental includes a backup camera to ensure that your event gets captured. In the scenario that both cameras fail, a full refund will be provided.

Please keep this all in mind when booking. Thank you!

Additional Roll of film
$300.00

Add more film! Each roll added with increase the raw footage by about 3 minutes and the edited video 1-1.5 minutes. Additional film will be 250D which works for daylight or artificial light.

I find that 2-3 rolls is sufficient for most wedding day, but add as many as you think you will need!

Autofocus Upgrade
$100.00

Swap the standard camera for one with autofocus! One less thing to worry about!

I have been intentional about making this process as easy as possible. These old super 8 cameras truly are so intuitive to use! I have created tutorial videos that break down the whole process.

And for the rental process: I will ship you the camera + film prior to your date, you shoot your wedding/event, ship everything back to me, & then I develop, scan, & edit your film!

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Super 8 has a warm, nostalgic magic that makes real moments feel timeless and full of life.

WHAT THE PEOPLE ARE SAYING:

taking the hard part out of super 8!

I truly believe that shooting super 8 film is the easiest part of the whole process. Through this service, I am eliminating all of the research beforehand (what camera do I buy? where do I get film?) and after the shoot (ok now where do I get it developed? and how do I edit this?)

By removing these barriers of entry, I hope to make this medium more accessible to all!
